The product is excellent.
An opportunity was missed by not having an explanation of the pohutakawa scented aspect. The only indication of the pohutukawa was the small sticker at the base of the candle, which was easily missed. As a Xmas gift, the tie-in with Pohutawa as NZ's Xmas tree and scent could have been much stronger and added more value to the gift.
The communications on supply and delivery could have been much better given the time of year, When I rang 5 days after placing the order to find out an ETA, the person i spoke to was quite off hand and assumed I would have understood that my large order required an extra run to be made therefore it was going to take longer to be despatched. How would a customer possibly know your stock situ and production processes? The website did not explain any of this when i placed the order. That was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
