Processing
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days.
Delivery times (from date of dispatch/working days)
South Island main centres: 1 day
Rest of South Island: 2 days
North Island main centres: 2 days
Rest of North Island: 3 days
All Rural deliveries: add 1-2 days.
We use Post Haste couriers.
Saturday Delivery
Sorry but we are not able to offer Saturday deliveries.
International Shipping
Australia - $45.00 flat rate
We can quote on DHL rates for the USA & Canada. However often the order will cost less than the shipping.
RETURNS
You will be liable for any return charges of any unwanted items unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. We do not accept returns delivered by hand. Please note we cannot refund any carriage charges that are incurred in relation to returning unwanted or faulty items, if an item is faulty we will arrange for this to be collected.
Return of Faulty/Incorrectly Sent Items (NZ)
If you wish to return a faulty item or an item that was sent to you incorrectly please email us at info@livinglight.co.nz with your name, daytime telephone number and address of where the goods need to be collected from, plus your original order number and a brief explanation of the fault or incorrectly sent items. We will email confirmation that the collection has been arranged. We will then process the return on receipt of the goods. Refunds and exchanges can take 3-5 working days to be processed. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will reasonably allow, and therefore not deemed as a fault.
